Sneak peak of coverage on a new underground OSINT marketplace where data breaches are traded, illegal TLO lookups are advertised, stolen IntelX keys are sold, and new OSINT tech is auctioned!
Thank you for reading The OSINT Insider Newsletter — our readers’ generous financial support allows us to keep producing work like our most recent coverage of various illegal OSINT tools, or the new value-filled OSINT digest section that folks have been loving!
Check out that new digest section in our most recent issue:
OSINT Insider Issue #7 - Exploring The World of Illegal/Underground OSINT
In this Halloween special of the OSINT Insider, we will be exploring a very, very spooky part of the OSINT world, the underground/illegal side of it!
In the next OSINT Insider edition, we will be covering a new underground OSINT marketplace where data breaches are traded, illegal TLO lookups are advertised, stolen IntelX keys are sold, and custom new OSINT modules are sold to the highest bidder…

If you want to support our work and access our most exclusive coverage (such as the upcoming coverage on the above marketplace), we are offering a limited-time 20% off deal for new subscribers to the OSINT Insider newsletter this Black Friday:
We also added a new founding member option for those who want to support our work further and ensure the newsletter is around for years to come.
Edit: Earlier versions of this post included the as-of-then unconfirmed allegation that one of the module developers advertising in the underground OSINT marketplace was a former OSINT Industries developer. It has now been confirmed by OSINT Industries that this is not the case, as well as Epieos, another company the developer claimed to work for on their portfolio:
Epieos confirmed they had only submitted some modules as part of their OSINT module bounty program a few days after it was announced.
Thank you to the OSINT platform owners for getting back to us so quickly.
